This 3-phase student-oriented apartment development on a 37-acre riverfront site blends the beauty of the Black Warrior River with the pleasures of luxury apartment living. Comprised of three 5-story buildings, Phase 1 features 4 stories of spacious 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom apartments, each with granite countertops, enchanting views of the pristine river preserve, and an office.  The Phase 1 buildings also include covered parking in a first-floor garage.  Phases 2 and 3 each added a 3-story building.  While the Phase 2 building contains only residential space, the Phase 3 building uniquely introduces a contemporary Clubhouse facility complemented by an infinity pool, plus a blend of 1-bedroom and 4-bedroom apartments.
