After numerous renovations and significant deferred maintenance, the front façade of this former “Silver’s 5¢ & $1.00” was almost windowless.  The façade renovation returned the circa 1920’s building to a more historic appearance and made it more attractive to potential tenants.  The new façade features granite pilaster “bookends”, limestone panels similar to the original design, and storefront framing with clear insulated glass.  The building’s Second Floor aligns with that of The 1900 Building, providing a single 9000sf tenant space.
