The renovation / expansion of this fitness center and licensed physical therapy center augmented both the facility’s size and its ability to serve patients and members.  Designed in a “semi-industrial” image, the existing brick veneer and metal panels are intertwined with the exposed metal panels and decorative concrete block of the addition.  Interior spaces integrate similar functions together for an efficient use of workspace.  To fully maintain facility operations while under construction, the design used multiple locker rooms and strategically located each phase of construction around activity flow.
