This apartment-style student community offers upperclassmen independent living accommodations with many venues for social interaction.   In conjunction with the two existing student apartment buildings (also renovated as a part of the Project), the three University-standard brick buildings surround a Commons Area designed for active and passive recreation.  The (96) new student beds blend with the (64) existing students beds to create a lively student community.  Ample parking is provided, and a centrally located community laundry adds convenience to campus living.   A product of UWA’s sustainability initiatives, Hoover Apartments was awarded LEED “Silver” certification by the US Green Building Council.
